CLARA, Calif. – August 1, 2007 – Tabula, Inc., a fabless semiconductor company, today announced that it has received $50 million in Series C equity funding led by Crosslink Capital, Balderton, DAG, and Integral Capital. Existing investors Benchmark Capital, Greylock Partners, NEA, Lighthouse Capital Partners, and SVB Capital all participated in the financing round as well.
As part of the financing round, Crosslink partner Gary Hromadko will join Tabula’s board of directors.
Tabula plans to use the financing to finalize its product development and fund its aggressive hiring and growth plans.
